WE ARE AN ACTIVE GROUP, WITH A LOT OF FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND A LOT OF OPTIONS!
We hold our General Meeting Luncheons in local restaurants usually on the third Thursday of every month from September through May. These luncheons are a time to socialize, listen to a speaker or experience a special program.
At our December Holiday luncheon, there are raffle baskets to “take a chance on”. In April our luncheon is highlighted by a Fashion Show presented by a local clothing boutique and, occasionally, other vendors are invited to further enhance the day.
Club Socials are planned for the enjoyment of members and their guests. Some of our past events have included party themes such
as the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras,Halloween, the Kentucky Derby, fall and winter holidays. Other social events may be planned by
individual Special Interest Groups.
Some social events take place on weekend days and are organized for both members and partners/guests. The first one of the new club year usually takes place in October. Welcome coffees for new members are organized a few times a year.
